• Right of Withdrawal

1. You have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without reason.
2. This right is lost once we start work with your consent (custom services, digital content, and personalised videos)

• Refunds

1. Full refund if you withdraw validly within 14 days before work begins.
2. No refunds after work starts, after stage approvals (script, storyboard, draft, final), or for change of mind.
3. We fix technical defects free of charge.
4. Partial refunds may apply only in cases of our failure to deliver as agreed.
5. Revisions & Cancellation
6. Number of revisions is stated in your quote.
7. Approved stages are final; major changes may incur extra fees.
8. Cancellation after work starts requires payment for completed work.

• Chargebacks

1. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in project suspension and blacklisting.

• All files are digital — no physical returns.
• This policy does not limit your EU statutory rights for defective services.
• We may update this policy; the version at contract time applies.
